✈ Flight Coupon Terms & Conditions

• Customers can purchase up to 1 (one) flight coupon at a time. Only one coupon may be used per flight booking.

• This coupon is valid only for flight bookings made on the official website of Neatnode Innovations Private Limited:

• The coupon is applicable only on flight bookings that fall within the specified fare range as defined at the time of purchase.

• The coupon is 100% refundable before usage. If the coupon has not been redeemed for any booking, the refund will be processed back to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

• Neatnode Innovations Private Limited reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel this offer at its sole discretion without prior notice.

• By purchasing a flight coupon or making a booking through https://neatnodetrip.com/, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions and all other applicable policies published on the website.

🔄 Refund & Cancellation Policy

• Customers may apply for a refund directly from their order page on the official website of Neatnode Innovations Private Limited:

Refund requests must be submitted within the coupon validity period. Once a coupon has been used for booking, it becomes non-refundable.

• After submitting a coupon refund request, our team will review it within 1–2 business days. Once approved, the refund will be processed within 1–7 business days and credited back to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

• In case the payment is successfully completed but the coupon is not issued due to any technical issue, the system will automatically initiate a refund to the original payment method.

• Refund requests must be submitted within 180 days from the date of payment. Refunds cannot be processed for transactions older than 180 days.

• No refund will be provided for expired coupons.

• Coupon purchases cannot be canceled once the payment has been successfully completed. However, unused coupons may be eligible for refund as per the Coupon Refund Policy within the validity period.
