🔄 Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Refund Eligibility

Customers may apply for a refund directly from their order page on the official website of Neatnode Innovations Private Limited:

Refund requests must be submitted within the coupon validity period.

Once a coupon has been used for booking, it becomes non-refundable.

2. Refund Process

• Customers can apply for a refund directly from the order page within the coupon validity period.

• After submitting a refund request, our team will review it within 1–2 business days.

• Once approved, the refund will be processed within 1–7 business days and credited back to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

• If payment is successfully completed but the coupon is not issued due to a technical issue, the system will automatically initiate a refund.

• Refund requests must be submitted within 180 days from the date of payment. Refunds cannot be processed for transactions older than 180 days.

• No refund will be provided for expired coupons.

• Coupon purchases cannot be canceled once the payment has been successfully completed. However, unused coupons may be eligible for a refund within the validity period as per this policy.

3. Processing Time

After submission of a refund request:

  • Review period: 1–2 business days

  • Refund processing time: 1–7 business days

  • Amount credited to the original payment method

Actual credit timelines may vary depending on the customer’s bank or payment provider.
